HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
MISSION
Guarantee the comprehensive management of the hotel's Human Resources, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and the chain's corporate standards, through efficient personnel management, support for operational teams and the implementation of processes that favor excellence in service, talent development and a work environment aligned with the values of luxury hotels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Personnel Administration
Oversee all HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
Maintain and supervise employee files and contractual documentation
Monitor contracts, probation periods, renewals and terminations
Manage absences, leave, temporary disabilities and working time records
Coordinate payroll variables and monthly incidences with external labor advisors
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with department heads
Source candidates through relevant channels and conduct interviews
Evaluate profiles and manage offers and hiring processes
Coordinate internship agreements and trainee programs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process
Training & Development
Identify training needs with managers and support the annual training plan
Manage training actions, including FUNDAE processes
Coordinate external providers and ensure quality of training delivery
Support talent development and internal mobility initiatives
Employee Relations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor law, collective agreements and internal policies
Advise managers on employee-related matters
Handle disciplinary processes and workplace incidents
Promote a positive and respectful work environment
Reporting & HR Strategy
Prepare and oversee HR reports and key indicators in coordination with the department
Monitor KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, time-to-hire and labor costs
Support the preparation and follow-up of the annual personnel budget
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, tools and policies
JOB PROFILE
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or a related field
Experience
4–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector
Languages
Advanced level of Spanish and English (spoken and written); French will be considered a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
HR Expertise
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law, personnel administration, payroll and time management
Tools & Systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and HR systems (HRIS, time tracking tools)
Talent & Development
Experience in recruitment processes and training management, including FUNDAE
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Work Approach
High level of organization, confidentiality and autonomy, with a strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
